改正海保法が成立＝離島陸上での捜査、逮捕可能に－尖閣諸島など対象告示へ

海上保安官が本土から遠く離れた島の陸上でも、捜査や逮捕ができるようになる改正海上保安庁法が２９日、参院本会議で可決、成立した。外国人の不法上陸事件などに迅速に対処できるようにするのが狙いで、公布から２０日後の施行までに対象となる離島を告示する。
