薬事法違反容疑で逮捕のハーブ店経営者を不起訴処分

薬事法で規制された指定薬物を含むドラッグを販売目的で店頭に並べたとして、さいたま市大宮区のハーブ店「インセンス」が摘発された事件で、さいたま地検は３１日までに、同法違反容疑で逮捕された経営者の男性（３４）を嫌疑不十分で不起訴処分にした。処分は２３日付。
