名古屋市に住む全盲の鍼灸（しんきゅう）師、梅尾朱美さん（62）が、市に障害者自立支援法に基づく障害程度区分を実際より軽く認定されたとして、認定取り消しを求めていた訴訟で、名古屋地裁（福井章代裁判長）は７日、梅尾さんの請求を棄却した。
