厚年基金、救済の線引き曖昧自助努力なし崩しも

厚生労働省による厚生年金基金制度の改革案は、本来は自己責任の原則が適用される厚年基金の運用損失を一般の会社員にも負担させる中身だ。財政難の基金を公的な厚生年金保険料で救済する条件が曖昧なうえに、無謀な運用で暴走した基金のツケも回しかねない。
