陸山会事件:小沢氏、控訴審も無罪…東京高裁判決

資金管理団体「陸山会」の土地購入を巡り、政治資金規正法違反（虚偽記載）に問われた「国民の生活が第一」代表、小沢一郎被告（７０）の控訴審判決で、東京高裁（小川正持＜しょうじ＞裁判長）は１２日、１審の無罪判決を支持し、検察官役の指定弁護士の控訴を棄却した。
