明大元教授を在宅起訴＝国家公務員法違反罪−司法試験漏えい・東京地検

今年の司法試験の問題が漏えいした事件で、教え子に作成した試験の出題内容を漏らしたとして、東京地検特捜部は７日、問題作成などを担当する「考査委員」だった明治大法科大学院の青柳幸一元教授（６７）＝懲戒免職＝を国家公務員法（守秘義務）違反罪で在宅起訴した。
