団結小屋訴訟 撤去命令が確定 最高裁
成田空港用地内にあった空港反対派の団結小屋「天神峰現地闘争本部」をめぐり、成田国際空港会社（ＮＡＡ）が小屋の撤去と土地の明け渡しを反対派に求めた訴訟の上告審で、最高裁第２小法廷（古田佑紀裁判長）は、反対派の上告を棄却する決定をした。決定は２５日付。
