不祥事受け導入検討、検察改革、部下が上司の資質評価

大阪地検特捜部の不祥事を受けた検察改革の一環として、最高検が各地検の検事正ら幹部職員の資質や職務態度などを部下に評価させる人事制度の導入を検討していることが15日分かった。一部の地検で試行を進め、12年度中にも全国の地検で実施する方針。
