北海道警は２４日、衛生基準を満たさないユッケを提供したとして、食品衛生法違反容疑で札幌市東区の焼き肉店の男性店長（５８）を書類送検した。道警によると、富山県などで起きた焼き肉店での集団食中毒事件を受け、導入した新基準で全国初の摘発。
