漢検元理事長らに実刑判決

財団法人の日本漢字能力検定協会の元理事長らが、架空の業務委託で協会に損害を与えたとして、背任の罪に問われた事件の裁判で、京都地方裁判所は、「協会の財産を私物化した」と指摘して、元理事長ら２人に懲役２年６か月の実刑を言い渡しました。
