成長率目標７．５％に下げ、全人代で温首相が表明

中国が、今年の経済成長率の目標を７．５％に下げたことを明らかにした。中国が７％台の成長率を目標に掲げたのは、２００４年以来８年ぶりのことで、８％台の成長率の保持を目指すことを意味する「保八」を事実上廃棄したものだという見方もある。
