森林売買 事前に届け出制に

水源が豊富な県内で、主に外資による森林買収で地下水が大量取水されるのを防ぐため、事前に県へ土地取引を届け出ることを義務づけた県水源地域保全条例が２６日、成立した。 県内では確認されていないが、北海道で外資による水源周辺の土地取引が問題になっている。
