水俣病1400人健康調査 熊本・鹿児島の住民、民間医師団ら実施

水俣病の被害者６団体と民間医師らでつくる実行委員会は24日、熊本、鹿児島両県の八代海（不知火海）沿岸地域を対象にした健康調査を実施し、住民ら約1400人が受診した。水俣病の公式確認から半世紀以上たつが、手足のしびれなどの症状を訴える被害者は依然多い。
