How about a random immersion/Japanese media/study material thread.
https://animelon.com - Great site that has anime with English+Japanese subs that you can turn on and off and a little quiz thing if you wanna mess around with it but I just watch anime with Japanese subs. I recently watched "boku dake inai machi", "mob psycho 100", and "sankarea" on here and was surprised how much I could follow.
www.kanjidamage.com - I'm currently using this to study Kanji from. It's similar to the Heisig method but free and there's info on each of the Kanji. It's also not very politically correct and gives me a giggle. I've noticed a few mistakes though, but I think it's generally ok.

I haven't heard of AJATT. I kinda wish I would have known about before I moved to Japan lol
I'm gonna try that 10,000 sentences thing they are talking about.
Heck yeah dude, go for it. I haven't started that yet but I'm using premade decks and immersing myself every day. I think I'll start that when I can comfortably do JP to JP cards which is inching closer and closer.
