Hello syaondri,
No, it is not your problem, actually the voice is generated by robot provided by other source outside JCJP, so JCJP has to load it first to be delivered to you.
It is also kind of slow for me.

Ah I see, well it's not really a problem actually, and I really appreciate this ^_^ though I'd really like to see if you can make the voice inside this site so it will load easier...
How about an audition? So, someone will voice all of the kanji.... though.. it seems a bit.... well... just for consideration ^^;
