Also written 浸る, it means
1: to be soaked in; to be flooded; to be submerged;
2: to be immersed in (joy, memories, alcohol, etc.); to give oneself over to
It was used in an imperative form, could be used to tell someone not to let his emotions take over after hearing/seeing something...
I think this is a very technical and subtile word though, maybe a little difficult for us amateurs ^^
