Where can I report a bug? Or is it normal not to see friends until I reach a certain level? In my profile I can't click on friends, attendance ... Actually on nothing.

Are you trying to click friends, attendance etc. listed downwards on the right under the EXP graph? Or listed horizontally above the EXP graph?
The headings under the graph do nothing. The horizontal headings should work at any level I think.
