He's referring to the 'weak' test rather than a vocabulary or kanji test. Once you complete a weak test enough times the 'weak' vocab/kanji disappears. So he's asking if there's a way to revisit old weak stuff that he's still unsure on, but is (technically to the site) no longer weak on.
