  There are two common words which are read しんげき.
  
  新劇　ー　new type or school of drama
  進撃　ー　advance, charge
  
  You are probably talking about the latter.
  Is it about 進撃の巨人(しんげきのきょじん)?
  A literal translation of this is "Advance of the giants".
