Why am I seeing Kanji I have never encountered during practice? This seems like a bug. Practice should be about Kanji and vocabulary I had a chance to learn.

Is the kanji you have never encountered belongs to the level that you are in right now?
The current specification is to let you learn new vocabularies/kanji according to the level you are at, not according to what you have encountered.
Do you prefer to only have questions that you have encountered in the practice?
