Occasionally the pronunciation given in practice is wrong. It pronounces some of the kanji different from how the furigana says it should be pronounced.

I mean the audio pronunciation.
That would probably be a helpful comment if you gave some examples. You can't fix when you don't know what is broken.
It's not really wrong, but another pronunciation. You're going to have to learn all the different pronunciations of each kanji anyway.
