There is no grammar learning section on this site currently. Apparently there was/ planned to be again(thought I read it somewhere but I'm not sure).
It's probably a good idea to use something like Tae Kim's guide for grammar along with this site for vocabulary and kanji http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar
There is a "readings" section if your trying to find some text to test your skills on.
