  Grammar and grammar. There are a few more kanji than N4 of course but I think that Grammar is much more critical to the JLPT tests.

  Chokai isn't really so harder than N4. Moji-Goi is, imho. I'm not the best judge about grammar difficulty, since i find that much easier than learning new words.
