I do have a similar problem. ^^
I construct and say a sentence in my head until I'm satisfied and then I'm not getting the pronunciation right, or forget parts and start to stutter. Just like yesterday when I was asking my teacher a question and only used the first half of the sentence while leaving it at that. "なんページ". I got scolded for being rude because I forgot the "ですか" part. ^^'
yea if I study hard enough even English sounds like Japanese to me haha
