You should probably start by turning on your computer and then navigate to this website called japaneseclass.jp

Start by learning hiragana, otherwise this site is a maze (and practice pronunciation while you're at it). When you're sure you know all hiragana you can choose what you're going to do next: start learning katakana, vocabulary or kanji.
