    That would be in katakana lol, since it's a foreign name. I don't know how to pronounce that, so forgive me that i pronounce it, (Meh- ten)

    Hiragana is used for Japanese words or particles remember that.

    Thank you, that was what I put as the closest thing. But the Katakana/Hiragana is for (て/テ)(te). My name is closer to Me-ti-n, is there no letter for the ti sound or does ち replace it?

    I think the closest would be something like メティン
    but the usage of ィhas always confused me a bit.

    Depends, you could also just use ち, as no one is going to get てぃ right anyhow. :P At least your name ends in an n, so they'll get that right.
