Pretty well, though one thing you could note is that 。。。 is not quite the accurate format. ・・・ is more like what you'd see to approximate ellipses, at least in my experience. That is what you get by pressing the / [forward slash] key three times.
At least, that's what I see used in manga and games. I haven't run across it in more formal writings, but that may simply be due to the fact that emphasized pauses are inappropriate for formal writing.

I often forget which reading I need to use to convert kanji when I use IME. Some kanji have just so many different readings.
