While I was learning hyakunin Isshu I stumbled upon a weird archaisation or a mistake...
Why does ’u' in the romaji transcribtion, suddenly became ふ in the japanese one? (like in the 8th poem)
And what does ~つつ form indicate? (the 1st poem) Continuous action?
