I learned English by myself, so I am not so good, but I can have conversations and I understand movies, video games, etc. I am too bad in Japanese because I am learning it for not even a year, I think it is 4~5 months. - いっしょにがんばってましょう：D

Darwo, you wouldn't necessarily say 悪い for your Japanese level. 悪い is outright bad, not poor. Maybe 下手 is okay. Not that I'm saying that about your Japanese. :P You could also say まだ上手ではありません.

- I don't mind if people say I am bad at something, it is true, I am really bad in Japanese, I can't have a conversation in Japanese. Even my English isn't so good, I am just understandable.
- Well, the point is that 悪い is specifically bad as in evil, or doing something wrong. That's not what you're doing with your Japanese.
- Ah, that changes everything. Then it was a misunderstanding, I thought I could use 悪い for poor level. Anyway, I will remember it, thank you very much.
- The term itself can have that meaning, but you wouldn't use it in that context. Well, if you do, people will certainly know your Japanese is bad right away. :P But Japanese people don't say anything anyhow.
