Hi all,

I signed in on japaneseclass.jp almost 2 years ago now. I was quite active the first year but had the bad habit of constantly trying to learn new vocabulary words too quickly.

Now that I have been away from JapaneseClass for quite a long time, I'm faced with too many new words that I don't really know. Since I had past the tests in the vocabulary and kanji sections, I feel like my level for this account does not match my actual level.

Is there therefore a way to reset my account? I don't really want to create a new one which would mean using a different username/mail address which is something I'd like to avoid. I would like some way to reset all my stats and levels and test results but I can't seem to find such an option.

Thank you very much!

I'm sorry that JCJP doesn't have any reset feature at the moment. I can implement a reset feature, but I also want to prevent any technical issue that might be caused by it. So, I prefer not to implement reset feature anytime soon.

I think there's no need for you to reset your progress. You can alwas redo your chapter tests and set the settings to your preferences when doing practice. :)

As a software developer, I pefectly understand how cumbersome and troublesome implenting such a feature.

I just wanted to know if had missed that option or not.

It would just have helped to better track where I currently am, but I'll just do as you said!
