Is there any way to begin lvl 4 or 5 without the first levels? I'm an intermediate and it's pretty boring to practice things I've known for a long time.

I think the fastes way is doing Practice until you level up to the desired level.
Now I think starting from higher level is necessary. However, this would require medium amount of changes in the JCJP codes. So as for now, you can only do practice and make big combo to speed up your levelling. Sorry for this problem.
