How Come There Are Two "Ja"? じゃ That One And The One On The Picture. Is It An Error? I've Tried Refreshing But It Stayed The Same.

my theory is it's just a typo / misunderstanding.
try to write CHI and CI you will get different hiragana.
now if you give chi " it will become(readed as) zi ぢ in japanese dictionary, but if you write ZI it will become じ
and now let someone who's more knowledge than me answer it.

I don't want to confuse you but there are 3 different forms for writing Japanese using the Alphabet. Depending on which form you are looking at those hiragana use the same letters as in modern Japanese they are pronounced the same. One of the older forms specifically gave them different letters as it was to represent the different characters and not necessarily their sound.
