I want to ask something, what is the difference between ’気分が悪い’(kibun ga warui) and ’病気です’(byouki desu)? and in what kind of situation to use that phrase?

気分が悪い is 'feel unwell' and 病気 is 'sick'. I'd say both mean you're feeling ill but 気分が悪い is that feeling you're about to be sick, 病気 is when you're already sick.

    I think
気分が悪い is probably like your feeling or mood is really bad. like you're feeling pretty bad bc of something bad/stressful. it doesn't right away have to be physical health related.

病気です is more straight forward that you are sick / ill
