I found this website to be quite helpful. You can listen to short audio clips in natural speed and slow speed and can take a short quizz after every clip.

If you have an android phone you can get podcasts of Japanese news and community talks. Also listening to music is useful. You can even sing along with them and learn the lyrics. Generally it's easier to memorize this way, especially if the song has a catchy tune or beat.

Rewatch the same episodes you love over and over and listen carefully to the words. Try writing down what you think is being said. Find out what is actually said. Repeat.
