Hey guys! Should I learn Kanji and then Vocabulary, or the opposite? or learn both at the same time? Thanks in advance!

If you learn the Kanji first then it becomes easier to learn the vocabulary.
While what strawhat64 said is true you also will be using a lot of time to learn just a portion of a particular Kanji and you may never feel that you are ready to move on to vocabulary. I would suggest learning them at the same time. Maybe learn a new word with the kanji and from their look up what that particular Kanji means for future reference. Everybody learns differently and it is up to you to figure out what works.- there
