May be .gif related. Can't tell much from looking at the source code but I guess you uploaded the one in the feed first and then the one that shows on your profile (?).
I had another account before and when I created this one it automatically set the picture I had on my other account, so this site had some profile picture related problems for a while now.
But I have to say that that's a cool error. Though it made me confused when I checked your profile for the first time a while back.
Probably that kind of error, but i really don't mind. Any of them is "ok", but both is overpower.
