I was thought that Japanese name have the same meaning as it's kanji characters, but now I doubt about it..? Looks like you can't literally "translate" someone's name meaning by it's kanji, as some people choose that kanji bc they just....like it? It'll be strange if I try to interpret kanji one by one. Any ideas?
