What's the difference between ~てある、~ている、and passive form? When to use each of it?
I haven't learned the passive form though, but tearu and teiru sound like passive voice in English.

    is there such a thing as ~てある? I know ~ている, which is the Progressive Tense (-ing in English). But I never heard of ~てある... Then again, I haven't finished learning Japanese yet so, who knows.

    You're gonna find it soon. It's like a condition as a result of an action. Like passive form somehow ._.

    窓が開いています -> The window is open.
    窓が開けてあります-> The window is open, because someone opened it for a reason.
