Is there someone to help me practice my speech in Japanese and whatnot? The only thing i'd rather need help in is writing or reading because im not around people who are learning soo... but i do have useful apps and books. (IVE USED APPS SUCH AS: discord, hellotalk and etc. ) <- had to say cause I get mad easily and stuff :/
I'm mean a Skype partner is necessary. I'm not trying to look for a fancy app XD just a little practice because I haven't really spoken Japanese since I was 10 cause I moved from a town that did have Japanese spoken.

If you're asking for someone to talk with in Japanese, I doubt many people here would qualify. Most people here don't know enough Japanese to make sentences, and those that do aren't that fluent at it, not to mention speaking Japanese.
There is a site where you can book lessons with native Japanese teachers, but it costs money and I'm assuming you are looking for free methods to practice. I doubt you'll find many people here who are able to speak it and the knowledge to correct your mistakes.
The only thing I need practice on tbh is reading. I never got a chance when I was in Japan and I just speak it, if that makes sense to you- Are you interested in visual novels..? You could use them to practice reading Japanese and to expand your vocabulary. Here's a video I made a couple of weeks ago on the method I use to aid my Japanese reading practice:

If you already know the reading but don't know their written form, it should be much easier for you to associate them while reading text with context, and visual novels are frequently voiced, so that helps a lot too.
