Is there someone who is fluent in japanese here?
I have been studying japanese for 6 years now, I consider myself fluent, but I haven't found anyone to practice with. People in my country only care about learning english and nothing else, so is kind of difficult to find someone who speaks japanese :(
I have tried different chatrooms like Discord but most of the time it ends up being a conversation with myself because most of the people using those chatrooms are begginers. >.<
I will be very grateful if someone helps me speaking and chatting in japanese with me, we can also create a group in Line or something if there are more than two people interested in practicing a higher level of japanese, but that is up to you.

this may be one of those junk replies where someone (i) suggests something completely useless, however if i were at that level i imagine that lang-8 could be the place to go...
I've been studying for at least six years now. I didn't consider myself fluent but I'm definitely able to hold a conversation about general topics.
