Hi i was wondering could you say 帰って欲しい when you are saying you want to go home? Like in a setting of someone saying to themselves that they want to go home?
Or would 帰りたい be more appropriate?

Why can't i use 帰って欲しい and when should i use it?
I think, 帰って欲しい is used when we want someone else to return somewhere, not ourselves. At least that's how it sounds to me.
