How do you say, "How dare you!" in Japanese? I've never been able to find a good translation or even explain it well to the Japanese. Any suggestions?

よくも does not have a Kanji form huh? I search a bit but I didn't find anything.

善くも is what I found for kanji for yokumo @strawhat64. I don't think it's used though.

Umu, perhaps it is an old Kanji and it was replaces with Hiragana only. That Kanji also resembles the Kanji used for "grad/happy" 喜ぶ only with a couple of minor differences.
