She opened her doors and created a warm atmosphere for artists and writers to meet, chat and exchange ideas. After her death in 1962, Sands left behind a wealth of correspondence now kept in the Tate Archive, containing letters from important figures of the day—many of whom probably enjoyed a cup of tea on this couch. #EthelSands' chintz couch is on free display at Tate Britain.」5月14日 18時52分 - tate

Two Black women run barefoot along a beach, holding their hands high in the air as if about to twirl joyfully. Appearing to trample two white men trapped in the sand behind them, they run towards the future, holding the leads of a pack of snarling dogs.
