<p>中國有句古話叫“冬吃蘿卜夏吃薑”,因此不少人認為冬天就不宜吃薑。但對於某些菜式來說,薑是重要的調味佐料。</p>
<p>事實上,寒冷的冬季吃點薑,除瞭一般的防寒作用外,還能起到保健的作用。那麼,冬天要怎麼吃薑才最健康?閱讀今天的文章可以給你答案。</p>
<p>冬季吃薑的幾大好處</p>

<p>防寒</p>
<p>人在吃過生薑後會感覺身體發熱,這是因為生薑促使血管擴張、血液循環加快導致,並促使身上的毛孔張開,從而感覺身體發熱。</p>
<p>如果冬天特別寒冷,早晨上班走得急,有時候會吸一肚子冷氣,有的人會覺得胃難受。</p>
<p>可采取這個辦法:出門時在嘴裡含片生薑,讓唾液慢慢和薑汁混合,緩緩咽下;生薑解表散寒,如果被冷風吹著,切幾片薑,熬水喝下去,身上立刻就溫暖起來,甚至會出汗,這樣寒邪就被排出體內瞭。</p>
<p>防感冒</p>
<p>生薑味辛性溫,長於發散風寒、化痰止咳,又能溫中止嘔、解毒,臨床上常用於治療外感風寒。</p>
<p>從治病的角度看,生薑紅糖水隻適用於風寒感冒或淋雨後有胃寒、發熱的患者,不能用於暑熱感冒或風熱感冒。</p>
<p>治療胃病</p>
<p>生薑特有的“薑辣素”能刺激胃腸黏膜,使胃腸道充血,消化能力增強,能有效地治療吃寒涼食物過多而引起的腹脹、腹痛、腹瀉、嘔吐等。如果脾胃不和,引起嘔吐,此時絞點薑汁喝下去,就可止嘔,效果很好。</p>
<p>薑汁做法:把生薑搗碎,加水攪拌,瀝出汁液即可。</p>
<p>增進食欲</p>
<p>吃生薑還能促使人們的食欲大增,吃飽身體才會更暖和,才能抵抗冬季的病菌。</p>
<p>保護肝功能</p>
<p>藥理研究顯示,生薑中的生薑精油對實驗中大、小鼠肝損害有預防和治療作用,所以有肝臟問題的患者,可以養成早上含薑片的習慣。</p>
<p>男性助陽:自古有“男子不可百日無薑”的說法,薑是助陽之品,具有加快人體新陳代謝、通經絡的作用。因此,生薑常被用於男性保健,可起到助陽的作用,對腎虛陽痿也有一定的治療作用。</p>
<p>吃薑的註意事項</p>

<p>平常傢庭用薑,可以熬薑湯喝,也可以用糖醃制而食,或在菜中使用。但食生薑要食鮮薑(即子薑),鮮薑不辣,營養成分多,功能強。老薑(即母薑)過辣,類似幹薑,不可多吃。不過,薑既然有藥理作用,就應註意它的一些用法和禁忌:</p>
<p>1、不要去皮。有些人吃薑喜歡削皮,其實這樣做不能發揮薑的整體功效,一般的鮮薑洗幹凈後切絲分片即可,這樣還可避免上火。</p>
<p>因為生薑味辛、性溫,有發表健胃、止嘔解毒等功效,而生薑皮味辛、性涼,具有行水、消腫的作用,因此,有“留薑皮則涼,去薑皮則熱”之說。</p>
<p>2、不要吃變質的生薑。腐爛的生薑會產生一種毒性很強的物質,它可使肝細胞變性、壞死。</p>
<p>3、生薑不宜在夜間食用。其薑酚刺激腸道蠕動白天可以增強脾胃作用,夜晚則成瞭影響睡眠傷及腸道的一大問題。</p>
<p>冬季這類人群更宜吃薑</p>

<p>冬天氣候幹燥,空氣中缺少水分,人體同樣缺少水分。而生薑屬於熱性,人吃瞭後容易上火,但這並不代表所有人都不適合冬天吃薑。</p>
<p>體寒者可冬吃薑</p>
<p>對一些體寒的人來說,冬天吃薑有助於驅除身體中的寒氣。“就像很多人都會在冬天喝薑湯一樣,吃生薑會發熱,從而起到抵禦寒冷的作用。”</p>
<p>生薑含薑醇等揮發油,對胃酸、胃液的分泌有雙向調節作用,可增進食欲,促使腸道蠕動,消除腸脹氣。生薑具有溫中散熱的功效,適宜於脾胃虛寒的人食用。民間有諺語說,“早上三片薑,勝過飲參湯”。</p>
<p>但對於經常嗓子疼、臉上長疙瘩等體熱癥狀的人來說,就要少吃薑瞭。嚴格地說,有熱癥的人都不適合多吃。</p>
<p>凡屬陰虛火旺、目赤內熱者,或患有癰腫瘡癤、肺炎、肺膿腫、肺結核、膽囊炎、腎盂腎炎、糖尿病、痔瘡者,都不宜長期食用生薑。</p>

<p>黑糖生薑紅茶</p>
<p>1、將生薑洗凈,斜切成薄片備用;</p>
<p>2、薑片與茶包一同以熱水沖開;</p>
<p>3、三分鐘後,倒入茶杯,加入黑糖並攪拌,即可享用。</p>
<p>當歸生薑羊肉湯</p>

<p>1、羊肉切塊後,用一鍋滾水汆燙去血水,撈出洗凈瀝幹;</p>
<p>2、生薑洗凈後,切塊,然後用菜刀拍扁;</p>
<p>3、把14杯水另外倒入湯鍋裡加熱備用;將羊肉塊倒入炒鍋或大湯鍋裡,加入薑塊,大火翻炒加熱至薑味飄出,隨即倒入熱好的14杯水,放入當歸,一同煮滾後,轉成小火,續煮約2小時至皮肉皆軟,最後加鹽調味即可。</p>
