In Japanese, the counters using the 'H' line follow this repeating pattern.

When you get past ten, you start back at the beginning.
(Ea. [13 pets] Jusanbiki, [25 pens] nijugohon, . . .)

Some examples are the counters for:

Animals　～ひき
(Ea. Ippiki, Nihiki, sanbiki, . . .)

Thin cylindrical objects　～本　
(Ea. Ippon, Nihon, Sanbon, . . .)

Cupfuls　～はい　
（Ea.　いっぱい、にはい、さんばい、。。。）
