<p> 森馬服飾董秘宗惠春表示,2018年是紅利釋放年。2018年公司的業務發展良好,前三季度營收和利潤均實現20%以上的增長,第四季度整體運營良好,零售端實現同比增長。增速表現上,下半年相較於上半年有所放緩,全年營收表現符合經營計劃。</p>
<p> 今年伊始,森馬服飾還接連發出相關公告,發力童裝市場。</p>
<p> 市場步入“紅海”</p>
<p> 宗惠春為何說森馬服飾在去年進入紅利釋放期?事實上,森馬服飾去年的半年報、三季報對此已有體現。</p>
<p> 森馬服飾2018年半年報顯示,報告期內,公司實現營業收入55.32億元,較上年同期增長24.80%;實現歸屬上市公司股東的凈利潤6.67億元,同比增長25%。公司2018年三季報顯示,第三季度,公司實現營業收入42.32億元,比上年同期增長17.25%;實現歸屬上市公司股東的凈利潤6.04億元,同比增長26.41%。</p>
<p> 事實上,以休閑服飾起傢的森馬服飾,其兒童服飾業務反而受到更大關註。公司2018年半年報顯示,報告期內,兒童服飾業務實現營收28.69億元,占總營收的51.86%。</p>
<p> 上海良棲品牌管理有限公司總經理程偉雄向《每日經濟新聞》記者分析稱,“巴拉巴拉曾在線上線下表現不俗,但隨著童裝品牌雨後春筍般冒出,大眾化童裝品牌在近兩年實際上已步入紅海階段。眾多國內外品牌與資本的介入,導致童裝的增長井噴,而市場容量沒有想象的那麼大,巴拉巴拉的發展也明顯放緩,同時經營毛利因競爭加劇而收窄。”</p>
<p> 森馬服飾似乎也認識到瞭這一點。今年伊始,公司接連發公告,高調宣佈發力童裝市場。1月8日晚間,公司發佈公告稱,擬與歐洲最大的童裝集團KIDILIZ GROUP簽訂《合資經營合同》,共同設立合資公司開心栗子(上海)有限公司(以下簡稱合資公司),並由合資公司推廣KIDILIZ GROUP旗下品牌並銷售其產品,發展相關業務。</p>
<p> 公告顯示,森馬服飾以現金出資2100萬元,占合資公司註冊資本的70%。該合資公司的經營范圍涉及服裝服飾、鞋帽配件、化妝品、眼鏡、傢居用品的設計、銷售、進出口、技術開發、技術轉讓和商務咨詢。</p>
<p> 公開資料顯示,Kidiliz Group是歐洲中高端童裝行業的企業,總部設在法國巴黎,擁有11000個銷售網點和829傢門店。旗下擁有Absorba、Catmini等10個自有童裝品牌以及Kenzo Kids、<a href="http://www.levis-2.com.tw/s/levis-501-e3950">Levis 工作褲</a>及Levis Kids等5個授權業務品牌。</p>
<p> 1月8日晚間,森馬服飾發公告稱,擬以自有資金設立全資子公司上海森禾企業管理有限公司(以下簡稱上海森禾),註冊資本為2000萬元,主要從事企業管理咨詢、商務信息咨詢。</p>
<p> 存貨同比增長</p>
<p> 值得註意的是,森馬服飾去年5月曾公告稱,與Inchiostro SA簽訂《關於收購Kidiliz集團的最終約束性報價書》及其附件《股份購買協議》等文件,擬收購Sofiza SAS100%股權及債權。為順利推進相關協議的執行,公司擬在中國香港以自有資金設立全資子公司森馬控股(香港)有限公司,註冊資金1萬港幣,通過該公司收購Sofiza SAS100%股權及債權。</p>
<p> 對於此次收購,程偉雄表示,國外品牌在品牌定位、設計研發、營運推廣、供應鏈管理等方面有優勢。</p>
<p> 不過,相關財報顯示,截至2017年12月31日,Kidiliz Group總資產為4.96億歐元,負債總額2.10億歐元,凈資產2.85億歐元;2017年Kidiliz集團實現營業收入4.27億歐元,稅前凈利潤為負0.24億歐元,稅後凈利潤為負0.27億歐元。</p>
<p> 同時,森馬服飾2018年三季報顯示,截至去年9月30日,公司經營活動產生的現金流量凈額為2917.15萬元,同比減少95.36%。此外,截至2018年第三季度末,公司存貨為41.65億元,同比增長23.90%。</p>
<p> 對此,程偉雄認為,森馬的加盟訂貨模式存在一定風險:“首先是提前半年訂貨在流行趨勢的把握上有局限性;其次,盡管森馬在現有的訂貨模式基礎上推出10%~20%快單小批量訂貨作補充,但相比其庫存的同比增幅接近25%,小批量訂貨作用有限;而且加盟模式決定瞭森馬作為品牌商無法直接掌握門店,品牌商的指令無法快速抵達門店。”</p><p>(文章來源:每日經濟新聞)</p>
