Most of the time when you search tortilla recipes you are told that only corn tortillas can be made with a tortilla press and flour tortillas should be hand-rolled.
Let’s be clear this is not true. You can make flour tortillas with a tortilla press!
In fact, you can make flour tortillas quicker using a tortilla press and you do not need to hand-roll your tortillas.
