Rabobank expects imminent LIBOR settlement

LONDON/AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (Reuters)—Dutch lender Rabobank expects to receive a multimillion-pound fine from British and U.S. regulators within a few weeks to settle allegations that its traders helped to manipulate benchmark interest rates.
