- It's better to post on Beeant's feed page like you did the other day, rather than just post randomly on the Social Feeds where it will be instantly burried between ad bot spam posts. This way Beeant will at least get a post notification. However, as can be seen by how much dodgy advertising spam has built up on the Social Feeds page, I don't think Beeant has been on the site for quite a while. He might be busy with real life.
As for your problem, I remember I actually figured out what the cause of this problem was a long time back when you first started mentioning it... I wish I wrote it down, because I didn't tell Beeant at the time due to thinking he'd know the problem... I've forgotten what it was now. xD
I think it might have had something to do with a change in how words written only in katakana are processed. Or maybe kanji with readings writen katakana, or romaji within the words, or something similar along these lines...
It may be that Beeant knows well what the problem is already, just that it might be something that's irreversible to fix. I think I do remember that it looked like a problematic thing to sort out. Who knows though. Hope it can get fixed one day. (Also would be nice if the Readings feature could be fixed for getting newer articles too. It used to automatically add several brand new articles to the site every day.) ^^March 18, 2019 at 5:56am - I posted a message on his feed and it still posted on the main feed as well.March 18, 2019 at 6:20am
- Yeah, that's what is meant to happen. ^^
When any user posts on another user's Feeds page, that post will also be displayed on the Social Feeds page and visible to everyone.
When any user posts directly on the Social Feeds page, what is actually happening is that user is posting on their own Feeds page (where it will also be displayed on the Social Feeds page for everyone to see).
Although it seems like there's not really much difference whether you do it either way, it's still better to always post on the Feeds page of the person you want to talk to. This way the user will get a notification on the site (and by email if they haven't disabled the email notification option), and that user will also be able to find the message easily as it will be posted on their own Feeds page (rather than on your Feeds page).March 19, 2019 at 3:26am
