You tagged a dark box as "umbrella" in a photo.
It makes sense when you see the whole photo, but the tag is used cropped in photo quizzes. When you see the tagged box alone, it doesn't represent anything.
I'm afraid you'll have to delete it. Try to make a bigger tag that can be recognized as itself.

So that is how the photo quizzes work. I was wondering why certain things weren't tagged but now it makes sense.
